Location: 3865 County Trunk F, Fish Creek
The Cape House is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Fish Creek. There is a nicely landscaped one acre yard. Yet, you can walk into the village, Peninsula State Park, the Door Community Auditorium, shopping and restaurants from this convenient location.

Directions:
Take State Highway 42 through the Village of Fish Creek. At the top of the hill on the north end of town turn right on County Highway F (between the Apple Creek Resort and the Hilltop Inn). The Cape House is the fourth home on the right, past the Apple Creek Resort. The driveway is located to the right of the house.

Availability:
The Cape House is available May through November. From mid-June through Labor Day there is a one week minimum stay, with arrival and departure on Saturday. During the other months there is a 2-night minimum stay, and a 3-night minimum stay for all holiday weekends and the first three October weekends.

Deposits:
A one nights deposit is required to hold your reservation for a short visit, and a $600 deposit for a weekly stay.

Cancellation:
Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be re-funded, only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

WEEKLY RATE    $1,400.00 (8 persons or less)
NIGHTLY RATES    4 Persons - $195.00
  6 Persons - $225.00
  8 Persons - $255.00
Extra charge for additional persons. No pets or smoking indoors please.

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. in the summertime.
