The Duplex Cottage is located at the south end of Ephraim in the heart of Door County, Wisconsin. Each suite of the duplex has a great room that combines living room, dining area and kitchenette. Features include a beamed, cathederal ceiling, hardwood floors and lots of windows over looking the park-like setting just footsteps from Peninsula State Park.
A half wall separates the sleeping alcove which has a queen bed. The large bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Each unit also has a private and spacious deck.
Each unit has telephone, cable television and DVD player. Gas grills and picnic tables are available. All linens except for beach towels are provided.
Park Place Cottages are available May 1st through October 31. From mid June through Labor Day units are available on a weekly basis. Other times availabilty is offered for shorter stays with a two night minimum. For all holidays and festival weekends a three night minimum is required. Please see our Rates Page for rental rates.
