 Park Place Cottages are available May 1st through October 31. High Season is July, August and October. Low Season is May, June and September. From mid June through Labor Day units are available on a weekly basis. Other times availabilty is offered for shorter stays with a two night minimum. For all holidays and festival weekends a three night minimum is required.

These rates do not include the 11% room and sales tax that will be
added. Rates are subject to change. There is an extra charge for additional
persons. No pets or indoor smoking please. Check-in time is
3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Deposits:
Deposits for a weekly stay are $200 for 1-bedroom, $300 for 2-bedroom,
and $500 for the Cape House. A one night deposit will be required
to hold your reservation for a short visit. Deposits for reservations
cancelled within 30 days will be refunded only if the house is
re-rented, less a $25 cancellation fee. An 11% sales and room tax will
be added to the rent. Sorry, we do not take credit cards. Your personal
check, travelers checks, or cash are welcome.
Cancellation:
Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded,
less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to
arrival will be re-funded, only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $25
cancellation fee.
