Park Place Cottages are available May 1st through October 31.

High Season is June 9 through October 15. Low Season is May 1 - June 8 and after October 15.

There is a three night minimum stay for the Butternut, Cherry, and Carriage House Cottages.

There is a two night minimum stay for the Cedar and Pine Suites.

A 14% tax will be added to all rates. This includes an 8% room tax, 5.5% sales tax and .05% Ephraim tax. Rates are subject to change.
